White hot chocolate recipe adapted from Allrecipes.com
3 cups of hot chocolate
3 cups whole milk (or your milk of choice)
1 cup white chocolate baking chips
2 tsp matcha powder
marshmallows, for topping
- Heat. In a small saucepan, heat milk and chocolate over medium low heat. Stir constantly until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth and warm. Add matcha and whisk until powder dissolves and no lumps remain. Remove from heat. Pour into mugs and top with marshmallows.
